Print Maps are easy to find in Armenia, but they are still rare in the outside world (which puts in perspective the grand scheme of the map publishing world). There are a couple of good ones out there, but be prepared to encounter mystified looks by the store clerk and then a 2-6 week wait while they back order the map.

Here is our collection of maps of Armenia, in a more easily read style then current print versions, though not to exact scale. Our maps are drawn after research from older maps, topographical military maps (still state secrets in Armenia) and satellite photographs of the country, which were cross referenced with numerous road trips to rectify discrepancies. We have added missing towns, landmarks and in one case, an entire mountain that was missing from military maps (deliberately distorted to "confuse" the enemy--never mind it also meant the home team would go lost in the countryside too).
