Dial up vastly improved, DSL service is good, $100 + a month. They are introducing true Wi-Fi throughout the country, Yerevan and Tzakhghadzor are in process of being connected. Note: Arminco introduced pre-paid Internet access cards, which do not require a contract. They are available in many shops in Yerevan and main towns. (the card was actually introduced by Arminco's own Sam Stepanian, who came up with this idea after using a pre-paid telephone card bought from Target supermarket in Boulder, Colorado)
